Bruce LeGendre – Computer Troubleshooters-NW Phoenix is owned and operated by Bruce LeGendre. Bruce’s mission is to enhance small businesses through the use of new technology and to provide solutions to computing problems. Bruce desires to establish and maintain long-term relationships with every business that he serves, so he can provide solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of the business.
Bruce has more than 30 years of experience in voice and data communications, having worked for Mountain Bell, US West, and Qwest in various technical and service capacities. During his 7 years as an account representative, Bruce provided telephone support and solutions to large business customers and special accounts. Bruce developed technical skills in his role as a field technician, working with residential and business clients. While serving as a Network Engineer Bruce was directly involved in the deployment of DSL to U.S. West’s 14-state region, and provided broadband network support to both private and business clientele.
Bruce graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems. In his spare time, he enjoys racquetball, fishing, camping, exploring new places in his Jeep, and maintaining his Koi pond.
Susan LeGendre-McGhee – Susan LeGendre-McGhee is our Account Specialist. Susan’s background includes experience in adult education, process development, management and sales. Susan has developed and presented professional software at the American Acoustical Society. She is married to a bonifide rocket scientist and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. In her spare time, Susan enjoyes camping, fishing, science fiction and cats.
